 we are also entering a season of giving, and gathering with family & friends:

Join us for an afternoon of gentle grounding & centering practices

as we create space within to explore themes of connection, nourishment, and balance.

Will include: energy medicine exercises, simple yoga practice, intention setting, and meditation
